Miami Mango Garlic Atchar is a hot, spicy vegetable pickle. It's filled with crunchy pieces of preserved green mangoes, mixed with curry powder, chilli, garlic and salt, and pickled in sunflower oil. It's an excellent accompaniment to Indian-inspired dishes, with cold meat on a sandwich or simply as a condiment with any meat dish.
