Strepsils Coolmint with Dual Antibacterial action provides relief from sore throats. How to take Strepsils: Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours. Do not exceed 12 lozenges in any 24-hour period Dosage and directions for use: Adults and children 6 years and over: One lozenge every 2 to 3 hours, up to a maximum of 12 lozenges in 24 hours.
