Darling Cellars Reserve Bushvine Sauvignon Blanc

Bush-vine Sauvignon Blanc is a rarity in the Cape. Low-yielding gnarled vines, suffering as they do in the un-irrigated deep clay decomposed red granite soils, produce wines with distinct flintiness. This is a lovely wine full of passion fruit balanced by zesty lemon. It will complement sushi and white meat dishes with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, asparagus, basil, or fresh peas.
